The  JMA  Sales Force targets the owners, top management and buyers at virtually every Office Product Dealer in the Northeast United States. We also work closely with their key salespeople and account managers. Together with the Dealer, we focus on Fortune 1000 and 2000 companies throughout the market area. We have established one of the most comprehensive consumer databases in the industry. With these key customers, we work with not only the purchasing departments, but also administartive assistants, office managers, facilities managers, human resource managers, trainers and other key influences.

We bring you a single point of contact for coverage in all of the key markets we represent. We provide you with a consistent message to the marketplace for your products and programs, and the ability to service multiple locations of major resellers and end users efficiently and cost-effectively.


End User Focus

Here at JMA, we recognize the critical role market pull through plays for the manufacturers we represent and we are committed and staffed to make that pull through happen. That's why each of our sales reps spends at least 40 percent of their time on key consumer calls. Our end user program has two simple goals: to present a consistent message to the end users we serve, and to build awareness and demand for your product throughout their organizations.
